Exceptional service 5 star
Downloaded the app and ordered a 24hr PCR service. The technician arrived at the time slot allocated and I received my result by email 18hrs later. Availed of their new joiner discount bringing the PCR test to 99 dirhams (in Dubai). Cannot fault the service, excellent from start to finish!
TERRIBLE- AVOID
Ordered my fast 4 hour pcr at 8am to come from 1-2pm. As 2pm came I called their hotline over 20 times and got no response, I later received a call at 3pm that my pcr would be rescheduled because they’re busy and the earliest appointment would be at 5-6pm, I told the man that I had paid 700le extra for a fast pcr so the least they could do is return that 700le difference as the man coming to do the pcr is arriving at the time I expected my results and I was rudely shut down and told that it doesn’t matter. After all that the man who came to do the pcr came at 6:30pm and told me I’d be expecting my results in 24 hours (mind you the 24 hour results cost 500 le and I had paid for the 4 hours results which cost 1200 le)
Ridiculous and an absolute rip off!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Good service but clunky app
The app doesn’t allow you to cancel or edit dates/times/cleaner when you’re making a bulk booking
So if you want to go from 3 hours to 2, or change the time you have to get customer service to cancel, then rebook and mention the cleaner and hope for the best
The chat function is also lacking, so it’s not easy speaking to customer service when you’re in and out of the app or looking for booking details
But the price is good and customer service and cleaning ladies are good

Hi there, thank you for your feedback! You can cancel a repeat booking from your side, if you navigate to the booking itself and clicked on edit booking, then cancel. On there other hand, changing the no. of hours, and/or cleaners, is not an available feature for now, however, our developers are working on it, and rest assured your feedback will be delivered to them, we take such constructive feedback seriously, and we appreciate posting this here.
